About Us

SayIntentions.AI is building the next generation of AI for flight simulators and flight schools — copilots, ATC, instructors, cabin crews, ground crews, and more. We don't just do ATC. We do everything. And we need a scrappy, creative, results-driven Marketing & Business Development Lead to help us scale.

If you're not already a flight simmer who understands the sim community, this isn't the role for you. This is aviation meets gaming meets AI — and we need someone who lives and breathes it.

What You'll Own

This is a full-time contract role with real ownership and room to grow. You'll be our first dedicated marketing/BD hire — not a cog, but a builder.

Marketing Strategy & Growth

Design and run full-funnel marketing and sales flows
Execute paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
Set up and report on growth KPIs
Manage CRM, email, automations, and retargeting

Website, Brand & Funnels

Own our website — design, structure, copy, and updates
Define and maintain brand identity across all channels
Create and iterate on landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion flows
Coordinate brand assets, decks, and documentation as needed

Strategic Partnerships

Build relationships with creators, influencers, and media
Manage affiliate, sponsorship, and integration opportunities
Drive strategic partnerships across aviation, simming, and tech ecosystems

Social & Community

Run social accounts (X, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, etc.)
Plan and publish high-performing content (reels, shorts, UGC, testimonials)
Tap creative freelancers (editors/designers) as needed

You Are...

A full-stack marketer who can move fast and wear 5 hats without blinking
An active flight simmer who knows the community, the content, the culture, and what makes simmers tick
Comfortable with tools like Stripe, Webflow, Excel, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Strategic, autonomous, and motivated by results over process
Highly experienced with using generative AI to make your job easier.
