About Us

SayIntentions.AI is building the next generation of AI for flight simulators and flight schools — ATC, copilots, instructors, cabin crews, ground crews, and more.

We're aviation meets gaming meets AI, and we need someone who can help tell that story every day across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, X, blogs, newsletters, and whatever comes next.

If you're not already a hardcore flight simmer who understands the sim community, this is probably not the role for you.

What You'll Own

This is a hands-on content and social role with real creative ownership.

You'll help design and run our social media strategy, create content that actually resonates with flight simmers, and keep SayIntentions visible, interesting, funny, useful, and impossible to ignore.

Content Creation

Create short-form and long-form content across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, Discord, and our blog
Produce reels, shorts, clips, posts, announcements, tutorials, feature explainers, memes, launch content, and community updates
Turn product features, user stories, Discord moments, support insights, and internal ideas into content people actually want to watch or read
Write blog posts, social captions, video scripts, community posts, launch copy, and educational content
Work with AI-first workflows to move fast, but always curate, edit, polish, and make the content feel human

Social Media Strategy & Engagement

Build and manage our social content calendar
Help define what we post, where we post it, how often we post, and why
Grow engagement across major platforms, especially YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and X
Monitor comments, trends, creator content, community conversations, and competitor activity
Identify what is working, what is not, and where we should double down

Flight Sim Community & Brand Voice

Understand what flight simmers care about, what makes them laugh, what annoys them, and what gets them excited
Speak fluent aviation/sim without needing every joke, acronym, or aircraft reference explained
Keep our tone fun, smart, slightly cheeky, and deeply credible
Help make SayIntentions feel less like "software marketing" and more like a living part of the flight sim world

Creative Production

Capture, edit, or coordinate video content from MSFS/X-Plane
Create or coordinate basic graphics, thumbnails, clips, and visual assets
Work with freelancers, editors, creators, or internal team members when needed
Repurpose one idea into many formats: a short, a post, a blog, a Discord announcement, a tutorial, and a YouTube segment

You Are...

A hardcore flight simmer who understands the culture, the aircraft, the add-ons, the creators, the pain points, and the community
A strong writer and content creator who can make both quick posts and deeper long-form content
Comfortable creating for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, X, and blogs
AI-first in your workflow, but not lazy — you know AI is the starting point, not the finished product
Fast, creative, self-directed, and comfortable working without a corporate marketing department around you
Able to turn vague ideas like "we should post something about this" into finished content
Data-aware enough to notice what performs and adjust accordingly
Comfortable in Discord and able to operate in a fast-moving, mostly async environment

Bonus Points

You can edit video well
You can make thumbnails that don't look like corporate sadness
You've grown a social account, YouTube channel, community, or creator brand before
You understand aviation content, ATC, VATSIM, MSFS, X-Plane, third-party aircraft, or flight sim hardware
You know how to make technical features feel exciting without sounding like a product manual
