1. SCOPE AND OVERVIEW
1.1 Who We Are
SayAgain Solutions LLC is a company registered in Utah, United States of America, doing business as SayIntentions.ai. We offer AI-driven software and related services through our website and applications.
1.2 Applicability
This Policy applies to information we collect:
- Through your use of the Platform, including our website, mobile applications, and any other electronic means.
- In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Platform.
- Through any interaction with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Policy.
1.3 Data Controller and Data Processor
- For individuals in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we generally act as the "data controller" with respect to personal data processed through the Platform. However, in some instances, we may act as a "data processor" on behalf of a third party if that third party determines the purposes and means of the processing.
- Our contact details for data protection inquiries are provided in Section 16 of this Policy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Personal Information
"Personal Information" (or "Personal Data" as defined under the GDPR) means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We may collect and process the following categories of personal information about you:
- Account Registration Information: Name, email address, username, and password when you create an account.
- Contact Information: Email address, phone number, and other contact details you provide.
- Payment Information: If you purchase a subscription or services through our Platform, we collect payment details through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your credit card or other financial information is handled directly by Stripe, and we receive only limited data (e.g., confirmation of payment, partial payment details) necessary to reconcile payments and maintain your account.
- Technical Data: IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system, and Platform usage details.
- Location Data: Approximate geolocation data derived from your IP address or device settings.
- User Content: Any content you upload or submit to the Platform, such as text, images, or other data.
- Communication Records: Records of correspondence with us, including when you contact us for support or otherwise.
2.2 Non-Personal Information
We may also collect non-personal information that does not, on its own, identify you personally. This may include demographic information or aggregated or de-identified information about Platform usage.
2.3 Simulator & Add-on Information (Optional Feature)
If you use our flight simulator integration features, we may access and process limited information about your simulator installation and installed add-ons, such as add-on identifiers/names, versions, and basic configuration signals. We use this information to (i) enable and maintain integration features, (ii) diagnose issues and provide support, and (iii) improve compatibility. We do not intentionally collect file contents, unrelated personal files, or sensitive data from your device.
2.4 How We Collect Information
We collect information:
- Directly from you: When you create an account, fill out forms, submit user content, make purchases, or otherwise interact with us.
- Automatically: Using cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies, which may collect information about your usage and browsing patterns.
- From Third Parties: Such as payment processors (Stripe), analytics providers, or social media platforms if you choose to link or authenticate through them.
3. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
3.1 Cookies
A cookie is a small data file placed on your device. We use cookies to recognize you when you return to our Platform, to store information about your preferences, and to enable or analyze certain Platform features.
3.2 Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the website to function correctly. These include your cookie consent preference (stored in
localStorageunder the keysi_cookie_consent). These are always active and cannot be disabled. - Analytics Cookies (opt-in): We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. These cookies collect anonymized usage data (e.g., pages visited, session duration, device type). Analytics cookies are only placed if you explicitly consent via our cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means Google Analytics does not set analytics cookies or send tracking data until you grant consent.
3.3 Cookie Consent & Your Choices
When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner is displayed. You may:
- Accept All: Enables analytics cookies and Google Analytics tracking.
- Decline Analytics: Rejects analytics cookies. No Google Analytics data is collected. The site continues to function normally.
- Manage Preferences: Opens a detailed preferences panel to toggle analytics cookies individually.
Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage for approximately 13 months, after which you will be asked again. You can change or revoke your consent at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer of any page on our site.
3.4 Google Analytics & Consent Mode
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Consent Mode v2. When analytics consent is denied, we configure Google Analytics with analytics_storage: denied, which prevents cookie placement and data collection. If consent is granted, anonymized data is collected by Google. Google's data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
3.5 Browser-Level Cookie Control
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or control cookies in the "Privacy" or "Security" section of your browser preferences. Note that blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of the website.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform's functionality, including user account management, content delivery, and technical support.
- Payment Processing: To process subscriptions or other payments for services and provide you with related customer service. As noted, payments are processed securely through Stripe.
