We're rolling out a large set of new cabin crew members and AI co-pilots across SayIntentions.AI — 20 to 25 new personas going live over the next couple of days. Many are already available right now, and you'll see them labeled with "NEW" in the list.
No update or restart required
Every new persona is delivered server-side. Just open Pilot Portal → Settings → Intercom to meet the new crew.
A Bigger, More Varied Crew
Voice and personality matter as much as procedure. Whether you're flying a transatlantic 777 or a Sunday-afternoon Cessna, the right crew member sets the tone for the whole flight. This release widens the lineup so there's a fit for every aircraft, mission profile, and mood.
The roster is split intentionally:
- Roughly 70% focused on professional, realistic operations — calm, measured, by-the-book delivery for serious flying
- The remaining 30% are lighter and more entertaining — perfect for casual flights, charter ops, or just changing things up
- A new voice preview lets you hear each persona before you select it
Professional Operations First
The bulk of the new additions lean realistic. Think the kind of crew you'd actually meet on a scheduled commercial flight — clear diction, professional cadence, and announcements that match the procedural standard our pilots expect from SayIntentions.AI. They're well suited to airline operations, virtual airline flying, and any sim session where immersion matters more than novelty.
A Lighter Touch When You Want It
Not every flight needs a check airman in the back. The remaining personas have more personality — friendlier, funnier, more conversational. They're a great match for general aviation hops, weekend tours with friends, or charter and bizjet ops where the cabin tone is more relaxed.
Preview Voices Before You Choose
Picking a crew member used to mean selecting one and listening on your next flight. Not anymore. The new voice preview control lets you sample each persona right inside the Pilot Portal — so you can hear how they greet passengers, brief safety, and handle in-flight announcements before you commit. Try a few and find the voice that fits your operation.
How to Activate the New Crew
You don't need to download anything. Just open the Pilot Portal:
- Go to Pilot Portal → Settings → Intercom
- Look for personas marked "NEW"
- Tap the preview button to hear each voice
- Select your favorite and start your next flight
